EDF Luminus launches assistance service for entrepreneurs
EDF Luminus launches a new exclusive assistance service, Luminus EnergieAssist 24/7, for both existing and future professional consumers. This way, the company takes a new step in its positioning as an energy service provider.
Announced in September 2014, the acquisition of a 50% stake in the company Rami Services is bearing fruit. At the end of 2014, this joint venture enabled EDF Luminus to launch 2 new services for private individuals: Luminus Boiler Maintenance and Luminus Smart Thermostat from Netatmo, designed by Philippe Starck.
Today, EDF Luminus launches Luminus EnergieAssist, a new service for entrepreneurs and particularly self-employed, professional occupations and small businesses whose annual consumption does not exceed 100MWh. The Luminus EnergieAssist 24/7 hotline is aimed at entrepreneurs who face difficulties with their electrical installations and who have an Ecofix Pro or Partner Pro contract. The free number 0800.911.11 is available 24/7. A qualified professional will be dispatched within 24 hours or the same day in case of calls prior to 10 a.m.; travel expenses and two hours of work twice a year are included in the price.
This service can be used to attend breakdowns of electrical installations which can cause a power outage at the company. This is the case if problems occur with switches or safety fuses, or if there is water ingress into a plug socket.
Grégoire Dallemagne, CEO: “With this new service, we confirm our ambition to become a fully-fledged provider of innovative energy services which increase the comfort of our customers.”
